KSLIT's objective is to recover its members' investments. To achieve this KSLIT is undertaking a detailed legal investigation and analysis at the end of which substantial legal action is likely to be recommended against one or more of the institutional counterparties who were paid to protect investors' assets.

KSLIT was established in late 2009 by Tony Lahert, a substantial investor in the Keydata Secure Income Bond Scheme. To date, KSLIT members represent nearly £80 million of investment in SLS and LSC bonds.
WHO KSLIT REPRESENTS
The group represents only investors who invested in Keydata Secure Income Bond issues 1, 2 or 3, or who invested into bonds issued by SLS Capital SA or Life Settlements Capital SA, either directly or via an IFA / broker.
This includes investors whose investments were made through or as part of Keydata International, Interalia, Hansard, Danske Bank, Global Holdings, Orion or QLI Limited.
