- The ILMF should not take any longer than 5 minutes to complete, although if you used an IFA or other intermediary to invest you will need their contact details to hand.

6. The Funding of the KSLIT Detailed Litigation Analysis by Investors
I confirm that I will pay:
(a) 0.68% of the cash initially invested plus, subject to requirements, a capped (i.e. not exceeding) additional 1% based on the amount of my investment in the KSLIT Bond Schemes as soon as possible.
and
(b) if requested by KSLIT Limited and as necessary, a maximum of an additional 1% contribution (based on the amount of my investment in the KSLIT Bond Schemes) 1
in order to finance the Detailed Litigation Analysis, provided always that such contribution monies are held on my behalf by KSLIT Limited in a solicitor’s client account for this sole purpose and will form part of my legal claim in the event that court proceedings are commenced and pursued.
1 Such that my maximum total contribution to the KSLIT Detailed Litigation Analysis is capped at no more than 1.68% of the total amount of my investment in the KSLIT Bond Schemes
8. KSLIT "Fighting Fund" Payment Details
By completing and signing the previous page, you have agreed to pay the Contribution as described.
You are urged to complete the ILMF and pay the Contribution as soon as possible.
The initial 0.68% of the Contribution must be paid by
close of business on Friday 30 April 2012, although you are urged to complete the ILMF and pay the Contribution as soon as possible.
